This is a magnificent and authentic painting. In the centre is The 'Western Wall' where people go to purify their hearts surrounded by beautiful mountains and The 'Old City's' historical buildings,. The scene is flooded by rays of sunshine. It is easy to imagine feeling part of this scene, longing for Moshiach to come soon.

The Grand Rabbi S.B. Alter Zt"l (of blessed memory), named 'The Lev Simcha' (1898-1992). The Rabbi was the 5th Rabbi of Gur Piety (Chasiduth), between the years 1977-1992. The Rabbi was leaving his son's house, the present Grand Rabbi of Gur Shlita, following a visit.

The Grand Rabbi Y. Hager Zt'l, (of blessed memory), of Viznitz greets and blesses his descendents from the train window in the city of Chust, Romania. The little child in the painting was living in Israel and remembered this scene. Next to the Rabbi in the train is his grandchild, the present Grand Rabbi of Viznitz Shlita, Bnei-Brak, Israel.

A Polish Jew is concentrating on reading the Daily Financial News as he stands in the courtyard of the 'Business Trading Centre' in Warsaw, Poland. The 'Jewish Tagblatt' was the Daily 'Agudat-Israel' (Ultra-Orthodox) daily newspaper, which appeared in Warsaw until the last day before WW2. This newspaper continued to appear in the U.S.A.
